La Grillade restaurant is back in family hands. Husband & wife team George & Ann now operate this iconic venue. You may know them from their 20 or more years at The Little Snail Restaurants where friendly & efficient service combined with fresh & tasty food, at realistic prices were the go.
They bring their format of B.Y.O & Licensed, a comprehensive new menu with an emphasis on French style cooking. A set priced menu at $63 for 3 courses (for an entrée, main & dessert) with the full a la carte menu to choose from including prime steaks chargrilled, which have always been a feature of La Grillade’s menu.

Tucked away behind the graceful façade of a historic Lower North Shore terrace, La Grillade has been the unassuming gourmet retreat for the social set for almost a quarter of a Century. Freshly revamped, behind the vintage oak farmhouse door is a sumptuous slice of provincial France: rustic exposed beams, an earthy combination of soft reds and greys, and service staff who grace each table with personality and charm.
